TFD's standard factories are located on individual plots of land with room for expansion up to 100% of factory space. Modification can be made to the factories depending on the nature and extent, which can be negotiated and planned before or after construction begins. TFD launches an average of 10-12 factories per year located in industrial zone or industrial estate. Each factory plot will be fully serviced with infrastructure, facilities and services normally required by industry (electricity, water, drainage, communications, etc.).
